The Slumber PopUp, it’s a dream come true!
The Slumber PopUp is a dreamy new experience from your friends at Picnic PopUp. We’ve taken elements from our picnic experiences, sprinkled in a few stars, added a little fairy dust, and turned it into a magical, memorable sleepover picnic.
How it Works
Slumber PopUps are hosted indoors, in the comfort of your home.
Slumber PopUps begin at 4 p.m. and run through 10 a.m. the next day.
Each Slumber PopUp comes with individual teepee tents, individual picnic trays, twin mattresses, luxe bedding, decorative throw pillows, lanterns, personalized name plates and decor
We take care of the delivery, setup and pick up, we only ask that the area is clear of all furniture and there’s adequate space available.
Secure your date with a $75 nonrefundable deposit — balance is due one week before your event.
The Slumber PopUp is for up to 4 people and is $350.
Additional guests $55.

So we've tried to think of everything. See below for answers to frequently asked questions.
COVID: Your safety and comfort is very important to us. All Slumber PopUp accessories and surfaces are cleaned and disinfected following CDC guidance. All Slumber bedding is washed after every use in dye-free, perfume-free detergent. If you have any question or concerns please contact us and we will answer any of your questions.
Is food included?
No. We want you to have full control over the best way to accommodate your guests’ appetites and any food restrictions. We have an exclusive catering partner that has created a few special items for the Slumber PopUp including a snack and dessert board option or you can bring your own food.
Where do you host Slumber PopUps?
We set up in the comfort of your own home. We take care of the delivery, setup and pick up— we only ask that the area is clear of all furniture and there’s adequate space available.
Can I customize my Slumber PopUp?
Yes! We can absolutely work together to customize your PopUp experience for boys and girls. Some requests might result in an additional fee, which will be disclosed before finalizing the event.
What if something gets damaged?
With active kiddos we know accidents happen. We ask that you try to keep food and drink out of the tents and clean up any messes as quick as you can. If something gets totally damaged, we always work with our guests to sort it out and make it right.
What’s the recommended age?
This luxury nighttime PJ party is perfect for any age, but most popular with boys and girls 7-14. Its best if the guests are old enough to understand that the mattresses are NOT for jumping but for hanging out and sleeping.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekend are popular! We recommend booking at least two weeks out so you have the ability to choose your desired date and time.
What if my location is outside of Nashville?
Slumber PopUps within the Nashville area includes complimentary delivery. If your destination is outside that radius, we’ll charge $0.75 per mile. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
What should my guests bring?
Guests should bring their own sleeping pillow for hygiene reasons. We take care of everything else!
